Welcome to our class page!
The purpose of the Media/Technology course is to prepare students for success in a digital world and global society.
During this course students will engage in a variety of activities while completing problem-based projects that include the use of applications such as Word Processing, Spreadsheets (Excel/ Numbers), Multimedia software (PowerPoint/Keynote and/or iMovie); online collaboration with other students in the school district; and Internet research.
As part of the Media/Technology curriculum, students will participate in an online learning environment called Schoology. Schoology is accessible to Piscataway students via an Internet connection to a secure network server. This online environment expands student learning beyond classroom walls. Through Schoology, students will have access to the following resources:
- Online access to course materials 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Collaboration with peers and teachers
- Convenience of handing in projects online
